bank sucks, i was charged for a transaction i made on 7/12/19. my account over draft $47, i put $48 in my account thinking i be good. the next morning i wake up and find out they still charged me $35 for insufficient funds

Get competent employees and managers. When they finally get good tellers they leave. At my particular branch I believe they are also short-staffed, which leads to less quality in customer service, longer wait times and errors.

Not at all happy. Disappointed with the lack of customer service respect for the customer. Being part of a scam and not believed by the bank is unacceptable. The even accepted a deposit that they should not have received and refuse to return to the employer that did the wrong. Wish they actually provided honest customer service and believed the customer and actually did there job. I am highly disappointed in the bank and customer service. Will not recommend them to no one.
rude service whenever i go into branch, long waits understaffed, and steal money with fraudulent insuffiecient fund fees even though there was money in account and refuse to fix it
