When we checked in and were asked what we needed assistance with, we explained that there were two things. The guy actually said, "I don't have time for both," and sort of blew us off - dumping us onto a new trainee who had to text and IM a mystery experienced employee while we were in her office to try to get answers. She was very nice, but it wasn't right of the trainer to just leave her on her own when she was obviously in over her head. Bad service the branch in Camelback in 99th Ave. They no provide good information to the customer Special in my checking account with somebody you stole my information and compromise my money so I don’t really recommend these bank do you have any questions right online and contact me any time.

RecommendedI like going to their website to do my business but why do I have to look at all those people that I have no idea who they are. I go online because I don't want to deal with people. I prefer privacy, if you don't mind. Fine, advertise but is it necessary for you to interjaculate people that have no business being in my personal life?
Small town banking at its worst!
I called the customer service number listed on my online account. I was asked to complete the survey that would be sent later. I was on hold for 10 minutes during business hours and then dropped.
Courteous, kind and helpful people there, that has always been my experience since 2005.
