Watch your account closely or you will get screwed like I did. Lost hundreds of dollars on stupid fees when they changed their minimum balances. Then I got hit by additional fees. I am so done with the bank’s incompetence at so many levels. Do yourself a favor and find a bank that actually wants your business. Case in point. My daughter needed a notary. I asked 3 times if she needed an appointment. They said they were wide open. She went and came back 2 hours later. She had to wait for 1.5 hours for a simple notary signature... read more

Wanted to cash my paycheck through this issuing bank but since I do not have an account there, I was told I would need to pay a fee??? Most ridiculous thing I've ever heard, especially in our small town of Flagstaff.
They do so many updates it is crazy. Then every time they do one it loses all my info and I get locked out again. Have to call. Umm. I work!! You do not have good hours and not open on Saturday. So no way to contact them to get access to my account again. Also. Do not do any transfer or money order or anything of this nature here. They are known to put it on hold for very extended time. They held ours for over two months and had to fight to get our money. It is time to get out of this bank. Very very crappy bank.

your predatory policies and extremely customer-unfriendly people are what made me close my account. I've had issue after issue with this bank since I opened my account in 11/2019 when I first opened it, I deposited cash on a Tuesday that took until Friday before I was able to use it on my card. CASH. I have them cash, handed it directly to a teller and when I checked my account on Wednesday, and every day after it was empty until Friday.
