My doctor chose this company because I meet the .2% Ashkanazi Jewish threshold to have received this at no cost due to the companies research incentives. 3 years later I received a $500 bill and my only option is to pay or sacrifice my credit score.

*BEWARE* This company is AWFUL. You will pay a lot more if they submit to your insurance!!!! They are very crooked and only out for money. Their billing process doesn’t make any sense. When I called to speak to someone about my bill (that I could not afford because it was so much) they were no help, would not answer any of my questions, and hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

This company is a SCAM. BEWARE! I would give it zero stars if I could. This company partners with doctors offices and tells them to tell patients that the testing will be covered by insurance. I fell for this scam and received a $1,000 bill. They charged my insurance and then billed me for out of pocket, when I was explicitly told that this test is fully covered by my insurance. Worst genetic company, I tried Natera Panorama test two times in this pregnancy and each time received reports with “no results “, and on the top of this they sent me a bill for $4000, it looks like scam. They didn’t do any job and sent a bill! Feel very upset, don’t recommend use any Natera services.

The worest genatic testing provider that you might deal with...you will be billed ridiculous amounts for the Horizen testing, customer service are bad and not able to take an extra step to solve any issues, they only care about getting more money from patients. You can deal with other gentaic test providers thats more convenient and honest. Akso, Panorama testing is so confusing, took 4 weeks for results to come back and the results came back with no findings, I had to do amnio and several testings to get the correct results... read more

I too have been a victim of this company and their illegal billing practices. I had what my OB/GYN stated was “standard” genetic testing completed in November of 2021. I was told it was covered 100%, then months later received a bill for approximately $80 (after BCBS insurance, through the hospital I worked at where the test was completed), which I paid even though it was supposed to be fully covered.
