Msg sent to JW Logistics by me I am at a TOTAL loss as to what to expect with my order. It was scheduled to be delivered THREE times now and of course, nothing. I guess I just have to request a refund and try another means of obtaining the item. This is my LAST attempt to get this part delivered. I used JW logistics through Home Depot, and it was an absolute nightmare. J.W. lacks transparency and communication. No real time updates available when any issues occur, and nothing but automated "assistance" when you call the help line - it's shipping. Issues are more than likely. I will attach the last email sent to them during this process, and keep in mind there was no response for 2 days following this email. Just received delivery from Chuck and Carl of four large and heavy packages. My house is on a very busy street with a tiny sliver of parking. In spite of that, Chuck and Carl were polite, efficient and were kind to an eccentric woman from the neighborhood who walked up to ask for help in the middle of what was obviously a challenging task. Lovely people. Excellent service.

Wouldn't give any stars if I could. Just got Part 3 of Home Depot order. Prior 2 orders were delivered to places where I had to hire people to move them. Very diligently awaited Part 3. Actually saved them effort -- instead of climbing 12 steps to front porch (which they did last time) I responded to text to advise to pull up to garage and wheel 50 feel to covered back porch (delivery said covered porch). My Son ordered a 72", Carrera Marble topped Vanity from Home Depot on 7/21/2021. It shipped from Houston quickly via Roadway Logistics and arrived at JW Logistics on 7/22/2021. There it sat. No attempt to schedule a delivery to my son... for days. After a week, many calls/emails were made to JW through their Corporate Office in Frisch, Texas. No answer on phone or emails came. DO NOT LOAD OR TAKE ANY LOADS FROM THEM. FACTORING DONT WANT THEM ANYMORE BECAUSE THEY DONT PAY INVOICES. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. IF YOU DID AND YOU DID AN AMAZON LOAD. CONTACT AMAZON THAT THIS FREIGTH COMPANY DOES NOT WANT TRO PAY SERVICES HONOR AND PLUS THEY DONT HAVE HONOR. THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY WILL PAY IN 7 DAYS AND THEY DONT DO IT.
