Had a driver deliver a load for them that ended up holding his trailer for 6 days without our consent. They keep blaming the receiver who is Amazon and is completely automated so I don't buy it being their fault. But if it were, then I don't buy that it takes over 2 months to get layover paid out. I had a driver lose out on a high paying load because of this and lose 6 days causing him to fall behind on truck payments during a global pandemic and we still haven't heard anything about this issue being resolved. our driver, Omar on July 28, 2020 in Prescott Valley, AZ SO helpful, took the heavy delivery to our back patio for us. Pleasant young man, very polite
Ordered a shower installation kit from Home Depot. We received a text the day before delivery letting us know the kit would be arriving. Omar was our delivery driver. He was very polite and helpful. He put the two large boxes where I requested. Omar had exceptional people skills and delivered professional service.
Omar was great delivering my patio furniture. Lots of big boxes & he put in my back yard like I requested, even helping me get out the loveseat sofa. Delivered on Monday 7-13-20
Ordered a new toilet from Home Depot and it wasn't supposed to come until July 23rd. I received a text from Logistics that it was to be delivered today July 15th. Driver was very helpful and polite and delivered the box into the house. I think my drivers name was Owen..(or it could have been Omar).
