Omar was my delivery person, was kept informed when the day delivery would arrive, Omar was very pleasant and professional. Great Service
Omar was my delivery personnel and he was fantastic. He took the time to move my package a few times because I was struggling to determine where would be most convenient for me later. I so appreciate how professional and kind he was.
Franky and William were my delivery personnel. They were very professional, quick and genuinely good people. They did everything they said they'd do from contacting prior to delivery and 30 min call in advance of delivery. Great attitudes too!
GARBAGE! - A follow up from my last post a few minutes ago... Owen at J&W told me that they were waiting for Home Depot to deliver the generator to them... FALSE. On the phone with Home Depot right now and said this ships directly from J&W and they already have it in their bistro center. Furthermore, Home Depot customer service, while I'm on hold, called J&W customer service and they weren't able to provide any info or look up tracking.. they directed Homedepot and me to reach out to their sales department which has no phone... read more
B. White was the driver who delivered my chair. I was notified that he was running ahead of schedule, and he called 10 minutes before his arrival. He was professional and courteous.
JW Logistics did a fantast job delivering a large tool chest (over 600 lbs.) Domario & Teddy were the delivery personal, they called me before they arrived and rang the doorbell so I could open the garage door for them. The lower part of the toolbox was on a pallet and they positioned the pallet so I could easily maneuver around it and then set the upper part where it would be easier to set on the lower box.
