Honestly it’s better to invest in your own furniture and houseware instead of going with ALE solutions, because they will charge you in the end anyway. ALE isn’t upfront. Our house BURNED DOWN and we needed some furniture for the place we rented while our home was rebuilt. When they contacted us they made us feel amazing and like they could take care of everything during the terrifying time we had just experienced, when we don’t know how to deal with anything. Ale Solutions booked two of my homes through HomeAway/VRBO. They cancelled one without enough notice, then did a chargeback for $700 more than they were entitled to, based on my cancellation policy. The second home they booked for their clients who caused over $1,000 in damages to the home and Ale Solutions refuses to acknowledge the damages and says their client needs to pay me. Not a very reputable company, in my opinion!
Jaime Lewen has been amazingly fabulous to deal with and I can't thank her enough! She found us a wonderful rental house and made everything run so smoothly.
one of the absolute worst places I have ever worked. Stay away from this horrible place. Management must have trained with the third reich. I have never been treated so badly. run!!!!!!!!
We had a hot water pipe burst and State Farm got Ale. They were great for us. Got us the best hotel til we found a rental and set up the rental with everything we needed.
