We had a house fire Oct. 17th. Our insurance (Erie) contacted ALE & hooked us up with Veronica. She took care of finding a rental house & completely furnished it down to a vegetable peeler! She was super nice and I would recommend this company to anyone needing their kind of services. I was called tonight to answer questions about them and on a scale of 1 to 10 I gave her a 12!
ALE has been a great company to work with in my time of need!! My point of contact, Sara, was quick, efficient, and professional. Any questions or requests were handled promptly and executed to the best of their ability. I hope this type of emergency never happens again, but it does, I hope I get to work with ALE again :D
