Awesome store great prices and even better Customer service seems like every time I go to grove I get what I’m looking for I use them to supply my rental property’s with appliances and I’ve never had a problem with anything they sold me and I’m confident that if I did, they would resolve the issue if you’re a landlord or a maintenance supervisor or you need something nice for your home check this place out. My husband had a great experience at Grove while purchasing our new washer and dryer. We originally went to a major retailer and were very unsatisfied when they failed to deliver our appliances. We cancelled our order and consulted a trusted friend who told us about their exceptional experience with Grove. The customer service was top notch. All the employees were approachable and knowledgeable. And the delivery and installation technicians were great. We will definitely shop with Grove in the future.
Grove Appliance is a wonderful place to shop. I have always been treated with kindness, patience, and great knowledge when I shop. All of their employees are friendly and go out of their way to help. The best part is they are not pushy trying to upset you any extras or change your thoughts that you came in with. They also have a wonderful delivery team and repair crew. Customer service is definitely a number one priority. Many thanks to all who work there.
Alan is a top notch salesperson. I have been super happy with the appliances we have purchased at Groves over the years. Delivery is always smooth and uncomplicated. Most recently we purchased a new GE gas range. 😍 she's beautiful. 10/10 for Grove Appliance and the chicken wings I convection baked the first night.
My wife loves her new dishwasher. The young gentleman that put it in it was very polite and mannerly. We will continue to do business with Groves. A business doesn’t stay open as long as they have without good customer service.
