I appreciated the honesty from Sam's Appliance repair through Grove Appliance. Unfortunately, it was more cost effective to purchase another refrigerator. Dominic at Grove appliance was responsive to my text questions and helped us to find a refrigerator that suited our needs. We were able to find a great unit in their scratch and dent section. Everyone was friendly. The delivery was quick - 2 days - which was appreciated. I would definitely return to Grove Appliance for my future appliance and furniture needs.
Purchased two power recliners. We love them! So very happy! Everything was great from sales to delivery. Our salesperson Zane was patient and so helpful. The delivery team was great taking great care removing old chairs and installing the new ones! I highly recommend this company!
I was in need of a refrigerator so I went to Grove Appliance. I asked about a scratch & dent model but it was sold. I was offered a discount on an in stock model and the price was a better deal. The best thing about buying at Grove Appliance is that delivery is free and they take away your old appliance. The customer service is top notch! My wife and I will definitely go to Grove Appliance again.
Great experience! I needed a Washer quickly. The one I had was ruining my Clothes. I didn’t have much money to buy a new one, but I found a used one at a very good price and I love it. I purchased it and it was delivered in a couple days great service and I won’t hesitate to buy again! They removed my broken one and set this one up for me. Thank you, Groves!
