Our fridge wasn't cooling properly and I called I groves to get and estimate to fix a compressor issue. They told us it was gonna be 1,000+ to fix the issue but strongly encouraged us to find our receipt from Home Depot. Wouldn't you know I found it with 2 days left to spare till it wasn't covered under manufacture warranty and the fix was completely free other than the 150 service fee! I bought new GE washing machine and they helped me decide on which one to get. Delivery men took old washer and brought in new one. They hooked everything up and made sure there were no leaks and washer worked. Very nice men. I would recommend Groves.
Grove's has been a staple for our small community for as long as I can remember. We have made purchases through the years and we have never had an issue with getting a delivery and install on appliances. We recently made a furniture purchase and were treated like family instead of the next person in line. Grove's customer service is outstanding!
