I can’t say enough good things about Grove Appliance & furniture. They have respect for your home, knowledgeable and professional crews. Their repair service is awesome. I purchased the extended warranty for peace of mind. You call and a repair person is at your home with in days not weeks. Always had great experiences here. Everyone is so nice and very knowledgeable. It's so nice to be able to to through the process of getting furniture/appliances and have it be so hassle free, the delivery guys were fantastic too. Their scratch and dent stuff is super helpful if you're looking for something more affordable.
Recently purchased a clothes dryer from your Alliance store. The sales folks made the selection of a dryer that would meet our needs very easy. The delivery guys did a great job of installing the dryer even though they were working in a rather small, cluttered area. A big THANK YOU to all the personnel that made your store special.
I recently remodeled my home and purchased a refrigerator, stove top, oven, microwave and washer and dryer. Dominic’s guidance and recommendations were extremely helpful. At my request, I was able to schedule two separate deliveries. Both delivery teams were prompt and professional. I was very pleased with all of the Grove Associates: Customer Service, Sales and Delivery.
I appreciated the honesty from Sam's Appliance repair through Grove Appliance. Unfortunately, it was more cost effective to purchase another refrigerator. Dominic at Grove appliance was responsive to my text questions and helped us to find a refrigerator that suited our needs. We were able to find a great unit in their scratch and dent section. Everyone was friendly. The delivery was quick - 2 days - which was appreciated. I would definitely return to Grove Appliance for my future appliance and furniture needs.
