Jacob did a great job serving our heater. He was efficient, friendly and answered my questions.
Complete replacement of HVAC system, including new ductwork, with addition of 2 new outlets. It?s a cool day today so unable to test the system, but everything looks well installed. In my younger days, I used to do this type of work, so know what is right and wrong. This is done right and meets my expectations. Clean up done right. Thanks Champion.

we called Atchley with a problem, they sent Jim who war very friendly and professional He found the problem and would have to order parts. He fixed it enough for us to have heat for the night. The next day he come over with the part and completely fixed the problem . Give this man 5 stars.

Charged almost $600 to replace heater elements and thermostats in a 40 gallon 4 year old hot water heater. Cost of parts from several other companies including where they bought the parts was $75, total. $525 in labor??? The technician was polite but said this the price. I paid it, before I researched the parts cost. (Shame on me). We went 4 days and realized the heater problem was not resolved. They came back out and wanted to charge me $2,200 with tax for a new hot water heater, but would give me half of the almost $600 I ... read more

We certainly did return your call and we also agreed that we would refund half of your payment on the invoice. Which we immediately mailed out on the October 13th. We certainly cannot be held responsible for a water heater that we don't install. You did go to Locke and purchase a water heater however I'm pretty sure that you are not putting it in up to code.
