Our climate here in Natchez can be hot, humid and altogether unpleasant throughout the year. It might be what makes Mississippi feel like home, but it’s also what puts so much stress on your home systems. Your HVAC system, electrical system & plumbing system are all essential networks that allow your home to run flawlessly. You need a dependable air conditioning company and a quality plumbing company in Natchez — to make sure your home is cool in the summer and toasty in the winter, with safe and clean water avai... read more

Get directionsFrom the office staff to all the plumbers and techs, Hi Tech provided courteous, efficient, and professional service. We have used their services for both slab leaks and an entire repiping of the house. Joshua, Kael, Hunter, Weston, Eric, and all the other plumbers did a superb job answering our questions, explaining the process, and performing the work. They attended to details beyond what was required. Their pricing quote was exactly what they charged with no surprises. We were amazed at their diligent work ethic and exper... read more
Do not do business with this company. They are dishonest and incompetent. We have had a maintenance contract with them since they acquired American Comfort Systems, our previous maintenance company. They recently did our annual maintenance check and told us our Ultraviolet Dual Bulb needed to be replaced and it would cost $470. We called the office. They said they would replace it under the warranty and order the part. They said they needed to send another tech to get the part number. But they installed the bulb and their te... read more
This business is not transparent with pricing. We received an invoice in the mail indicating we "agreed" to pay fees associated with a service call. Additionally, technician reported that we looked at the finished work and agreed it was completed to our satisfaction--we were not even home! I strongly suggest never working with Southern Air.
Tim’s southern air heating cooling & refrigeration is not transparent with their pricing and billing. I requested an invoice for work performed, and was told pricing is generated by their ‘corporate’ office. The invoice I was given had no separate pricing justifying the very high cost of the ‘repair’. No indication of the cost of labor, parts or service. For all I know the price was generated randomly, with a picture of blue glue to show some work was performed. I requested and never received a response from management conce... read more
Robert *****came out to replace my water heater such a good and polite person he was very informative. We are very pleased with the job he did. Southern Air has been great.
Will *****was great and friendly got the job done and answered any questions I had.
The service tech came and stated all my angle stop valves need to be replaced, I was charged $1273.30 for 10 angle stop value replacements. I was out of town when this tech completed the service and was unable to inspect the work, When I was able to finally inspect the work I could only identify 3 of 10 valves that had been replaced. I was charged $927.50 for copper replacement and could only find a six inch stub of "new" copper. The stub looked like a piece that had been cleaned from a stock pile in a plumbers truck. I was ... read more
Re: Air Tech of Houston: Price gouging and ridiculous customer service. I've been trying to reach a "manager" for 3 days, and still waiting for a response. The call center is pretty much worthless as they don't know any of the companies policies. Should have read the Yelp reviews before calling them. There are better options.
Can’t believe their A+ rating. After I had a camera run through my sewer line, I knew it needed to be routed to get rid of roots, but no breaks in the line. ACS was referred so I made an appointment for them to clean out the line. The guy who showed up immediately tried to scare me into installing a new line for $18,000. I rejected that idea. Then he told me it would cost $1,800 for them to repair the existing line. He didn’t even attempt or suggest cleaning it out by routing, which is what I knew it needed. I had to insist ... read more
