One of our two rooms had a bathroom that wasn’t cleaned and the breakfast was awful. The staff could be friendlier. Location is good.
Front desk personnel was awesome. She was so kind, humorous and informative. We were so lucky, they were having a fundraiser for hurricane victims, there was food, drinks and wonderful music right out our balcony doors. Our stay was wonderful, the jacuzzi in room didn't hurt any!!!

It was our 45th wedding anniversary. We have been to Natchez before but I wanted a special place to stay for my beloved. The Natchez Grand delivered wonderfully. We were able to walk to alot of what we wanted to do. Thank you for a wonderful time. It is now our Hotel of choice and will be back.
We really enjoyed our stay! Friendly staff, beautiful, clean and great smelling lobby and room and the breakfast provided was delicious! We will definitely be back!
In the past we had wonderful experiences. This time around the tub filled with water during shower and took a long time to finally drain. The sink filled up and took forever to drain. We had a couple clean towels and some dirty wash clothes. The breakfast was good and the location is good.
