I always love staying at The Grand. Beautiful view of the MS River, clean rooms, sweet staff, and great breakfast
As you walk down the carpeted hallway you can hear the old wooden floors underneath. I think it would be neat to have them exposed.
Room smells musty and outdated AC and refrigerator make noise continuously during the night. They said they couldn't change my room, doing to being fully booked. Not staying here again.
A awesome place to stay
This is our favorite place to stay when we are in Natchez. Left this morning and forgot something in the safe. Called and talked to Caroline. She got Ronald to retrieve our forgotten item and held it at the desk until our return several hours later. She even booked us in the same room, as we decided to stay one more night before going home since we were on motorcycles and the rain came pouring in. The employees were so nice and the room was neat and clean. I don't have one complaint about Natchez Grand Hotel. Great experience at the hotel and the city of Natchez.
Had an item disappear and the later reappear from my room after I spoke with the head of Housekeeping. The hotel is very beautiful and in a great location, but I am very disappointed by this situation and don’t trust the hotel anymore.
