Amazing hotel for our 11th Anniversary trip. Spotless, great location, and price was very fair. From check in Ashleigh was all smiles, she's awesome and Bryan was just as amazing and took care of us in the lounge along with his wealth of info for our site seeing the next day. The last night Elaine was our host at the hotel bar and more than a pleasure to hang out with and made us feel like we were at home. She is a such kind lady. Hotel 5 stars and great, breakfast in morning left much to be desired. Hotel and staff is a 5 but brekfast is a 1.
Loved the grand hotel!! The staff was awesome! The location was awesome!! Overall the hotel was great! My only complaints would be that the bathtub wasn't well cleaned and that we heard a lot of noise from the room above us..
I booked my wedding reception here & the rain ruined my outside wedding but my awesome wedding crew & the grand staff pulled together & I had a beautiful wedding ceremony & reception!! The staff was awesome! 5 stars doesn't do them justice!

Fabulous hotel! Centrally located, easy in and out, good breakfast, bar in lobby as well as across the street. Everyone was so nice and courteous.
