Update: she’s not using keratin. She’s using SULFUR BASED RELAXERS THAT PERMANENTLY DAMAGE HAIR. Her license should be revoked. Do not go to this salon. —- My mom isn’t really the hair salon type. She’s not into big groups of people and she’s had some bad experiences with other salons that left a bad taste in her mouth. Unfortunately, she also has very thick, very dry and frizzy hair, and after months of waiting , she finally decided to ‘get it over with’. I highly suggest this place. Bad salon. DO NOT recommend! I went in for a simple root touch up. I have brown roots and platinum hair and I specifically warned them to pay attention and not get any brown in my blonde. And sure enough they ruined my blonde. Dark brown everywhere!
