I was diagnosed with breast cancer following a mammogram, ultrasound and biopsy at Nash X-Ray Associates. While the circumstances were difficult, the staff was very caring. They helped get me in with the providers that I requested, regardless of their hospital affiliation. They helped guide me through the start of my treatment journey and made things easier for me along the way. I am grateful for their services!

It would be great if this company wouldn't turn hospice patients over to collections when THEY HAVE LOST THE CHECKS SENT TO THEM FOR PAYMENT.

I recently called this facility in order to inquire about my bill. I simply called the number listed and was greeted with a woman who sounded like she hated her job. I asked very politely "Hi, I was wondering if you could tell me if I have a balance?" She responded with nothing but a sigh " Huhhhhhhhhhh" and then silence. I was more than happy to pay this office but i refuse to be made to feel like I am burden when I am trying to give you money for services rendered. The representative I spoke to was Maddie.

They are very rude! They are very unorganized! If you have to get an x-ray, ultrasound, or anything done from them I advise to take notes, take pictures, and even record conversations you have with them for future purposes.
