Went through today for the first time. Did the $10 wash so I was not expecting a miracle. There was no soap, hardly any water spray, and the brushes did barely anything but I figured what the hell, it was only $10. Got home and saw the outside of my car, soap streaks and water spots all over. You can get a better car wash elsewhere for the same price. Very dissatisfied. Will not go back. Do not recommend.
Never use this place or get thier month to month plan. I am contacting corporate right now because they are Saying they can't find my account but yet I canceled it 2 months ago and they still continue to take money out of my bank account, I have now filed a report with the bbb and my bank and was forced to cancel my bank card and wait for a new one. So sad. I will be letting everyone I know about this place and warn them not to use it. I also agree that it never got my car cleaned all the way and the dryers are aweful.
Hey young lady came over and help me explained it to me was very nice kind very polite the car wash thing to clean and that a very good job was very happy and very pleased I've been there before and I will go back very pleased with the car wash

Not bad, considering limited options in SW Indy.
As a former employee I hope anyone who applies here really reads this and reconsiders. The management is extremely poor and I was treated very poorly the entire time I worked here. There is constant micromanaging and they treat everyone like kids. (Ex: Not allowed to cross your arms, put your hands in your pocket, not allowed to have drinks on us on extremely hot days) Also not to mention the fact they only give their employees hours when it's only convienent for them.
