The wash never came on. When I got to the end I told the kid standing there that the roller that goes over top of car scratched because it didn’t move. He said we are closed come back and talk to manager tomorrow. Even though they can see on camera the wash never came on and the bar was on the top of my car they denied my claim. I will be filing a suit against them is small claims court. This seems to be an on going issue judging from other reviews. My car is 6 months old there were no scratches before I entered the wash.
It was horrible we purchased the $15 wash and still had dirt on the car after coming out and then the car behind us came out and they had what looked like window marker and not a lick of it came off of their car what so ever!!!! Plus the owner of Shell and the carwash is a complete asshole and will blame any mishaps or issues all on you or your vehicle!
Don't waste your money, paid and they only sprayed 1/4 of my car before sending it in. Nobody was attending the entrance.
I purchased the $18 wash, but wasn’t satisfied after it was done. The employees laughed when I asked to go back through and told me to buy another wash.
My car gets cleaned better than at crew car wash. It's only 5 dollars and the have the speed at which your vechile goes thru slower than at crew car wash so it's gets your vechile clean.
