Absolutely the worst car wash I’ve ever been thru left my new truck with scratches all over basically ruined my paint this place is trash. I’m highly considering making them fix my paint

Never again! Decided to get my truck washed at Nascar on this beautiful Sunday morning, but instead I drove away with 3 new scratches and a partially clean truck (16 Silverado). All going the same direction, about 2' apart from one another. The kid said he was the manager, he wasn't. He said they would take some pictures, they didn't. Esther, the young lady who keeps those boys in shape, is my favorite employee at this establishment! I, no joke, will wait to get my car washed if I don't see her out there working her backside off! Bob... hold on to this one! Great employees AND people are hard to come by :)
