They did not issue my NTS correctly so I am unable to schedule the exam and it has been over two weeks with no resolution (although they had no issue charging my card two weeks ago). Also the lack of support and response from them is appalling considering we have no other options. Fix your own mistakes in a timely manner please!! I am on a very strict timeline and need to schedule my exam immediately!
How did I receive a bad launch code?!!!!! You close down the site and then you issue codes that do not work!
