If you are going to make me stay on the phone for an hour+ every time, please change your holding music and your time estimations.
I had a report evaluation from them and I was informed that my evaluation was a long time ago and the Evaluation system has been changed. That way I would have to apply for Duplicate Report service. They had my documents and a previous evaluation already, so the process should be smooth. However, I applied in December 2017 and haven't heard from them ever since. They told me 4 to 6 weeks, then 4 months later they asked me for a page of my transcript that they lost (and later found it) and nothing else. I need this document t... read more
It's more than week with incorrect lost credit appeared on my account after passing all parts and they promised to correct it within 24 hour, till now no correction done and no such response on my emails from 4 days ago.
I had One of the best accounting body exam experience. NASBA is doing good work. Keep it up.
