Bad experience all around. Testing centers in WA were closed for months and then operating at limited capacity. NTS was not extended causing me to have to shove in 3 tests before the expiration date of 12/31/20. You did not provide the testing time frame I paid for. Get someone who can do the job right if you can't!

I have had great interactions with NASBA and have received responses to my questions/requests timely.
NIES is a scam. Paid before hands the credentials evaluation fee for CPA and figured out later my university won’t send the transcripts directly to NASBA. Asked them for a refund because I don’t want to pay extra for their verification service. NO RESPONDS for a month. Didn’t get my money back
Worst service ever.. one could expect a good service in the USA.. for a fee of USD 225.. but Nasba people live behind the moon.. my evaluation process took literally 6 months!!! Horrible.. do those ppl there have proper education to make evaluations of things they have no idea about.. Ps my diplomas were from the UK!!! not from another planet..
