Pathetic service! For password reset u have to call and wait for an hour almost to reach a representative. She resents your password and then when u go back its asks secret question which u answer correctly and still it says that its not right. And then u call them again, tell them that u do not know the secret question issue, rest the password again and then again they ask you the secret question and doesnt accept the answer. I'm patiently waiting on a response to my question about where to submit my qualifications for evaluation. Info from customer care conflicts with info on NASBA website. I'm sure they'll clarify soon!

The California Board of Accountancy sent my ATT back in March and I still have not received my payment coupon. I have called consistently for the past two weeks and still I have not received my coupon. NASBA, your inefficiency is unacceptable and contradicts our profession. It should not be this difficult to schedule testing for an exam that will cost almost $1000USD in aggregate. Shame. Shame. Shame.

Pathetic service. Pathetic system. The new Gateway has made things so complicated that now there is added stress just to do a simple thing as register for your exam. First you have to wait for hours on the phone to get to a customer rep, only to be transferred to state coordinators who do not bother to either answer their phones OR emails. Complete disregard for students who are working hard to pass one of the most coveted and tough certification exams!!! I am a re-examination candidate and I applied for my NTS ten days ago. NASBA has already debited my account , but I still did not receive the NTS. I have been trying to reach them through phone, emails , but there is no response. They expect us to clear all the exams in 18 months window with all the delay in score release and in their system.
