What a great experience my grandmother received at Napoli Nissan. I was referred by a friend to see Ricky Millz and WOW. He was amazing, he asked questions first to make sure he knew exactly what she was looking for. He lead her right over to a 2018 murano and she fell in love. VERY DECEPTIVE, SHADY DEALER!! They back out on their deals and FAKE INVOICES to back up their numbers. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They made a deal with me and took a $500 deposit. I went back the next day with my car cleaned out and ready to buy. When I got there, they handed me piece of paper with a hand-scribbled monthly payment figure .... different than what it should have been based on the previous agreement.
