I participated in a test drive promotion which they dealership gives you a $50 gift card. I did my part by doing the test drive and submitting the paperwork to the salesman. It has been 2 months now and guess what still no $50 gift card. I’ve reached out to the dept that handles it and all I get is excuses! I’ve reached out via email to management and I get ignored. Worst customer service ever! If you can’t honor your own promotion then why would I even think about buying a car from this dealership!
