Came to look at a Palasade. Jose Serrano was able to show me all the features and explain how they work. I ended up driving away with a new Palasade for a good price. I recommend asking for Jose if you are looking for a new Hyundai or Genesis at Napleton’s Valley Hyundai!
Jon Smith was a stand up guy and I would highly recommend. Unfortunately sales manager wasn’t. Pulled a offer from me so I went elsewhere!

Absolutely loved my service advisor, Arline Kuhr. I had an engine issue with my Sonata and Arline was able to work with Hyundai’s recall program in providing a new engine. She was awesome in keeping informed throughout the whole process. I purchased my second Hyundai at another dealership. Big mistake! I have had nothing but challenges with their service team. They definitely do not provide the high level of customer service that Arline offers.
Been in my car two weeks tomorrow and I’m in love 😍.Thanks Jon Smith for an amazing experience. This location was so very helpful and Jon was so very knowledgeable, really made the experience a breeze. Thanks Again!!!!!! I would definitely be recommending my friends and family :).
