Well actually I’m STILL waiting. They ALWAYS have an excuse as to why they can’t wash it or vacuum it. Last time they literally lied to me that the vacuum was broke. Until my salesman asked them to vacuum it. They did. So why the lie? Once I’m lied to, I’m kind of hoping I don’t get that type of lousy service next time. Do not buy a car from this dealership.Horrible customer service and they will do anything to not honor your warranty.I still have 27,000 miles left on my warranty and have had issues with my vehicle so naturally took it in for service.They say they have to charge me to look at it!I have the platinum warranty and you can’t even look at my vehicle.My wife and I bought 2 brand new car’s from them in 2017 and this is how they treat their customers.They offered me a car wash though!!!Gee thanks?!?!?Never buy anything from this de... read more
