DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR(s) SERVICED HERE!! Inexperienced so-called “Mechanics!” The “Service Advisor” don’t communicate and/or follow-up with the “Mechanics” to ensure they’re doing the jobs to the Customers’ satisfaction! And the SERVICE MANAGER appears to NOT Care if anyone in the Service Dept is doing their jobs properly at all!! If you’re not far from this location, there are 2 other nearby locations with BETTER Reviews AND Mechanics!! Enthusiastic management n very cooperative n welcoming staff. We were taken care of by Mitch Eldefrawy, very humble n very patient guy with a very positive attitude. Very well informed n patiently explaining n trying to cater to all our questions. I’ll rate his professional help as 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The General Manager Mr. Al Abbas n his partner Mr. Rick did their best to accommodate us in making a deal.
