This is long winded. I know, but... I bought my vehicle in June. It's now September and I am still unable to drive it. I came from Iowa to buy this car, knowing the process would be tricky, but due to lack of communication, it was delayed. Yousef was great and put up with a lot from the sales department. This is BS. Bought a car today. And they changed #’s agreed upon and didn’t notice till I got home. I usually look carefully at #’s before signing. How the Hell do you list a car at $13800 agree to $13000 & then change the # on contract to $15700 Had to edit post and update: after showing up to dealer next day there was some confusion on my part on #’s. Napleton Hyundai’s finance manager took the time to explain and worked with me to address my concerns. Am now extremely happy/satisfied. Will recommend.

They have the worst customer service, the entire process was a fiasco!!! Incredibly unprofessional and extremely rude. Do not recommend!!!!!

RecommendedMeet with Faris regarding a 2020 Palisades. I had high demands but Faris took the time to find a car with the exact specifications. I as well as my mom have been trying to get assistance. Napleton Valley Hyundai sold me my vehicle but can't or won't provide with the paperwork. Therefore my warranties are expiring or expired and I paid for something I can't use. Bad business. Been trying to speak with the GM for over a week, so he is doing is having his service managers to tell me things I've already heard... Bad business.. Will sell you a car but that's it... Dissatisfied customer
