Came in looking for transmission fluid for my 8 speed Ram. Employee told me to use atf 4+. Told him it was an 8 speed and you can't use that in it. He argued. Proceeded to bad mouth local dealership technicians saying they don't know what they are doing. Says he tells everyone that comes in for this fluid to use atf 4+. I wonder how many transmissions he has caused the ruin of by this terrible advice. If you don't know what you are talking about you shouldn't be doing that job. Horrible customer service, guy just glances over what i have and says they cant help without looking. Website says they have what i need but the lazy and rude employees wont help.
I would like to say thank you to Leonhard, and JR for the professional help with my 2016 Ford truck. These guys know their automotive!!
