Wife went in to get windshield wipers while I was in the passengers seat taking a virtual work meeting. The expectation was that (like Orielly and Advanced) they would offer her assistance in putting these on. They did not. I jumped off of my work call and went inside to ask if they had any experience that could help me get these on, since they sold her wiper blades that were not the same mechanism as she had on there originally.
