They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
I have to drive 2 hours to see Dr. Wright her office is always on time with their appointment schedule. Dr Wright was very thorough with my sons exam and with all his testing. Im a nurse and im very paticular in regards to who my son sees. Dr Wright no only talks with the parents but the patient as well. I would reccomment this physcian to anyone that has a child with a endocrine problem.
Dr. Wright is so accessible and easy to reach. I email and call with questions all of the time and she responds very quickly to any contact that I make. My son was diagnosed with diabetes recently at the age of 4, and she has been such a great support for us. We are very grateful for her!
I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
