So the one positive thing to say is that the food was edible. However, it ends there. The service was nearly non-existent to the point that we couldn’t even mention that the food was awful. Twice I asked other severs/busers for help/to add food to our bill, both were never relayed to our server or resolved. The food was double the price it should have been. Nama is seriously inconsistent on whether or not the service is good. Sometimes you have a waitress or waiter who will ignore your table to talk to a friend of theirs sitting at a table near you, sometimes the waiter or waitress will bring you the wrong sushi and you wont see them again for 20 minutes. I've had really good experiences here. But the past couple of times ive been have been subpar to bad.
I've had great experiences at Nama's, but we went for Thursday half-price sushi and like others have said the hostesses and service is inconsistent. Wait times are always outrageous even when plenty seats are visibly open. We were seated outside and were not seen by a waitress for 30 minutes (no drinks, no ordering). Fresh sea food, Great!
Love this place the only thing I would change is the two tables in the waiting area ! They are so awkward to sit at and on half price night people stare at you for while they are waiting , I just want to start tossing pieces of Sushi towards to door to tv hungry people waiting 😂

I called yesterday regarding a food allergy before I went for dinner last night, and the lady I spoke to was SUPER helpful! My husband and I had a wonderful anniversary dinner last night and the food was top notch as always! Love Nama and can't wait to go back soon!
Beware if you got your ID picture taken at the kiosk in Thompson Bowling Arena. They won't serve you.
I love the food and the service was great and prepared in a timely manner. Can't wait to go back. Love the Tempura
