By far the best sushi place in Knoxville!!! Excellent food, great atmosphere and gorgeous servers!!!
The fish is perfectly fine, but they really didn’t seem to know how to make good sushi. The rice was too cold and as a result a little crunchy. It also wasn’t flavored appropriately. There was not a hint of rice wine vinegar. Finally, the wasabi overpowered the fish vs complementing. I’ve had worse... But I have had much, much better.
Ambience was mod. Sushi was mostly fresh. But it wasn’t worth the cost.

So the one positive thing to say is that the food was edible. However, it ends there. The service was nearly non-existent to the point that we couldn’t even mention that the food was awful. Twice I asked other severs/busers for help/to add food to our bill, both were never relayed to our server or resolved. The food was double the price it should have been.
