This dealership is by far the worst one I've ever experienced. I emailed the manager a very detailed description of an incident that occurred on their grounds where a valuable item was stolen right out of its case when I left my car to be worked on overnight. I had a game console case sitting on top of an iPad in the backseat of the vehicle but funny enough, the iPad which could be tracked was left untouched and the everything else that was in the case was also still there {i.e. extra controllers and games} The case was also... read more

I originally had my car towed to Nalley ********* in Union City GA due to the car not accelerating forward. When my vehicle and I arrived I spoke with service advisor ******* ****** (XXXXXX) and explained the issue with the vehicle and that I had ********** and she took a really deep breath as if she didn't want to deal with *********** Then Ms ****** explained to me that I would be without my vehicle for 3-4 weeks which was not a problem. There were no indications that Mr ******* was unaware of what his responsibilities would be once he approved the work. I brought my vehicle in to be worked on 4/28 (Wednesday). I called this business to get a status report of my car. No answer! After I got off work at 5 pm, I went to check in person. The service rep told me that the technician working on my car thinks he sees whats wrong and wants to keep the car until the next day to make sure that what he sees is the actual problem. I agreed.
