I brought my vehicle in to be worked on 4/28 (Wednesday). I called this business to get a status report of my car. No answer! After I got off work at 5 pm, I went to check in person. The service rep told me that the technician working on my car thinks he sees whats wrong and wants to keep the car until the next day to make sure that what he sees is the actual problem. I agreed.
