Purchased a vehicle over 2.5 weeks ago. Agreed on price and filled out all paperwork before arriving. What should have been a 30 minute process turned into 2.5 hours with everyone chatting instead of processing paperwork. During this time, I was not shown and information on the truck I was buying, the truck was not cleaned or even bothered to be wiped down. They charged me without written or signed approval and never other than verbally told me of a charge of which they said they would pay .... ***** ******* the ** and ******* in service and ***** ****** all willing took money they never documented or had approval to touch and on top of it no oil change was complete or sticker saying complete was done and over charged by almost $600 I only request money refunded
Folks at ***** were amazing. Especially *******! I had a service appointment and when they realized I was on my lunch break my Service Advisor took his lunch break to give me a ride back to work!!!! In his personal car. Love dem folks there!!!!!! Oh and I did purchased my ***** there and ****** the finance guy was on point. Had me in and out in less than 1 hour!!!
I brought a car from them back in March 2024. The salesperson was great no complaints. But AFTER the purchase has been a circus. They have yet to file the paperwork for me to get an actual tag. And this is my 2nd temporary tag and the person ****** who does the paperwork is NEVER available to get the information needed.

I drove to This dealership with the intent to purchase a vehicle. I was successful with the purchase but the problems that came after the purchase was terrible. The first thing was the whole front suspension was damaged and it has a Certified sticker on the front windshield.
