My husband and I own ***** Silverado. We were advised that we needed a new Transmission. Unfortunately, during this time I was in the process of major medical issues because of Stage 4 Breast Cancer. Due to my surgery and other issues my husband did have an opportunity to do a lot of research regarding who would do the repair so this company was chosen.Within a few days of the original Transmission repair, my husband was stranded because the Transmission went out again. The customer service is ridiculous, and they do not update you on the status at all. I had to leave my job 3 times and drive there to get an update. My service advisor is the worst of the worst! He tends to have this jolly, "How may I assist you" when you first bring the car in. After that... nothing!!! They have had my car over a month now. It went in for a key fob to be reprogrammed which service advisor assured me can be done within a couple of days. Those couple of days went to weeks and now I'm looking at a month. Worst service experience ever. Do not bring your car here. They have had my car for five weeks and havent called me once. I have no idea if they will ever look at my car.

On 10/21/22 around 10:20am I arrived for an oil change and greeted ******************* & asked if I could be serviced as a walk in instead of at my original 2pm appointment time. She stated that I could. I then asked how long was the wait time bc I wouldnt stay if it would take longer than 2 hours for my car to get serviced. She stated that its 2hr w/ 4 cars ahead. Greedy and not trustworthy I called about a vehicle that was in transit 3 or 4 weeks before it was set to arrive. After talking to salesman **** and his manager I was told I would have first shot at it. Speaking with both of them I discussed fees and dealer installed accessories up front. I was willing to pay their doc fee, but did not want any accessories. This place is the worst. I called to follow up with them about appt I made week before they did not have appt in the system then was given one paid to have it towed and they kept 48 hours only to be my battery I bought my on battery took advisor ****** 20 min to change and he charged me 150 dollars half cleaned the area where the battery leaked and he was very rude explaining that he is salary and its time for him to go this place is a joke they dont follow up and the communication is horrible

I decided to inquire about purchasing a 2023 corvette so I took my 1st visit to ***** Cheverolet. I was Informed that a 20k msrp **** up was required if I decided to pre order a 2023 corvette by salesman *****. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!! Very unprofessional, they sold me a lemon. The transmission went out after 2 months of having the car. The General Manager ****** was extra rude when bringing the issue to him. Told me to take my car elsewhere, theyre not going to fix the problem. This company needs to be shut down. I really wish I read the reviews before purchasing because its a total MESS! Something needs to be done, ASAP!!!!

on 01/31/22 I called Nalley Chev. dealership in **********, **. to inquire about a 2022 Silverado **** LT. I found one in my city but I did not like the color. I gave this vin # to the salesman ***** at Nalley. He told he they had that type vehicle on the lot. I drove 2 hours to this dealership to purchase this vehicle only to be told they didn't have the LT, only the Custom.
