Loved the electronic notification that included description of suggested services including benefits of having done and pricing. I also liked that I could track the overall process of my service electronically.

Had to wait 4 days to get an estimate for my car ************ the car was repaired after 4. I had to contact the service department to see if the repair was completed. Poor customer service is my issue.
