Had to wait 4 days to get an estimate for my car ************ the car was repaired after 4. I had to contact the service department to see if the repair was completed. Poor customer service is my issue.

This vehicle was hit by lightning and was closed out 02/11/2023. We have reached out to the customer and no response. I will be glad to discuss with the customer and see if we can come up with a resolution.
I paid ******** to this company for a vehicle and the computer did not work I refused it and never left the lot with it. They was to have it repaired in a time frame or they agreed to give my money back. Called was not repaired agreed to send my money by ***** never received called and they are telling me that it is repaired that it is my vehicle to come get it. They it is at rise sitting there. Never one time did tell call I need help.
