Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? Yes, they respected my decision Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? No, they don't over-treat my child Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician? Absolutely! Every parent in my community thinks very highly of them Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would
