Fantastic ! – I have dined at Nakama many times but my last trip there was the best. I took my girlfriend and her daughter to lunch. The wait staff and the chef were just simply incredible to the 3 of us. My girlfriend's daughter loved the chef and how funny he was while cooking our lunches. The smile on her face was priceless. Just wanted to say Thanks to all at Nakama for such a wonderful experience. You truly know how to make your customers young and old feel special and welcome.
Everything is excellent.. down to the cleanliness of the bathrooms! – Everytime I go to Nakama - I have an experience like no other. The food is always hot and fresh and service is fantastic. My friends and I always have a night to remember of good food and fun times. Keep up the good work Nakama! See you again soon!
best chicken and steak in town with addictive dipping sauce – Nakama has great cusomer service and are quick to meet your needs. Their food is amazing and their dipping sauce is even better. They cook the food right in front of you and the staff is very friendly and the chefs educate you on the meal while cooking it. Overall it is and an excellent upscale casual dining restaurant with great lunch specials.
Expect to leave full – When this restaurant first opened, I was so excited to have a Japanese hibachi close to home. Now that I go as often as my wallet allows, my excitement hasn't waned. Don't get me wrong I think the expense is well worth it. Not only is the food delicious, but there's also a lot of it. Great time – I have been at Nakama for both dinners and happy hour. The atmosphere is fabulous and the food is very good. I highly recommend it!!!
Delicious hibachi and sushi, and fun to watch the cooking skills. – Nakama serves the most tender and tasty filet mignon that I have ever had. The presentation of the sushi orders is absolutely gorgeous as well, and my husband savors every bite.
Great Specialty Sushi Rolls! – Nakama is definitely the place to see and be seen, with one of the best happy hours for young professionals in the 'Burgh. There are many vegetarian options at the hibachi and sushi bar, so non-carnivores will be right at home.
Best Japanese Food By Far! – Great atmosphere, fabulous food! Portions are huge, I always leave with leftovers, and am stuffed. I was afraid of Sushi, after a bad experience before, but tried it here, and am hooked! It gets extremely busy, so make reservations, and plan to stay awhile, but fresh food, cooked to perfection, always takes longer. They do a great job. Parking can be a problem, but they do offer valet parking after 6PM.
Great food and atmosphere! – Nakama offers a modern feel and great food. EVERYTIME I go there, it is packed! They make killer drinks and have an incredible hibachi!! The sushi is divine!! The staff is great and the food is awesome!!
