I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Najem and his staff. From the very beginning, they have been nothing but understanding, patient, and supportive. Living with ADHD can be overwhelming at times, but Dr. [Name] truly listens, takes the time to explain everything, and helps me feel seen and understood. His staff is just as wonderful—always kind, helpful, and respectful. Dr. Najem has very poor bedside manners. Virtual appointments never happen on time. It takes even up to 1 hour to have the appointment to be honored.
I was discharged as a patient at this place due to rescheduling “too many times”. I was not aware there was a limit on rescheduling, especially since one of those times was due to me waiting for over AN HOUR for the doctor to come onto the virtual appointment. I always gave at least a 48 hour notice. There was no warning or heads up from the receptionists that were, oh so polite and understanding. One day I just got a letter that I was no longer a patient. Dr Najem and his staff have been seeing my daughters and I since he took over the practice from Dr gavini, when I tell you that I trust him and his staff and know that they always have our best interest at hand I mean it! From his wonderful secretary’s to Lucy in billing I feel that we have always being a priority and they have always made sure that even when overbooked they found a spot for us last minute. Every person on staff has gone above and beyond for me. I started going here when it was Dr. Gavini and he retired. Now it’s Dr. Najem and he’s just as sweet, as well as his PA’s and overall staff. I have been seen for adult ADHD and while I was there with my fussy newborn, Dr. Najem printed out for me a plan of care for helping my daughter sleep through the night which worked within a week.
