I’m confused by the service! I went in a couple of weeks ago and the service was amazing! Today I went in and the service was awful...spots without polish on my toes! Only one coat of polish instead of two, nails not cleaned, cuticle oil skipped, shoes not put on to keep from smudging polish AND stood at the counter several minutes while she played around on her phone until one of the others fussed at her to take care of my payment!

Nails 2000 is amazing and I have been going there for over 7 years now. I have done the shellac, acrylic, solar and now the SNS powder. They want to make sure you look amaze when they are done!! I even choose this awful green SNS powder one time Lilly asked me if I was sure, see normally I just get pink & white or lighter colors. I reassured Lilly that I wanted the green she did my nails for me and I left.
