I had such a horrible experience here. My cuticles are a mess. I had my nails done less than a week ago & half of my nails look like I need a fill. Half- not all. When I asked if they could correct the nails with gaps I was told that my nails grow that way and I could go somewhere else to have them fixed. The lady who did my nails was sweet but also very new and made a mistake.
RecommendedMy sister and I go every 3 weeks for a manicure and pedicures! We always get good service! Everyone is very friendly!
My nails were filed to my skin, after I spent weeks growing them out. & the lady did a horrible job, made my nails bleed and still charged me full price... worst experience ever

I just moved to Lubbock a few months ago and have tried several places that I didn’t like. I took a chance here as I noticed it after shopping at Hobby Lobby! It is now my favorite! It’s affordable and they all do an excellent job!😊
we come every two to three weeks and always have an amazing experience. great staff always friendly and hospitable. work on my feet and they are important to me. my feet get the attention they deserve. they are the foundation of my work

I went in today and they were very busy. The owner was very attentive and nice. The guy who did my pedicure and fill/paint on hands rushed through both so fast that the polish on my hands were thick, spots missing polish and bubbles under polish. It was like he was in such a hurry that he got super sloppy! Now I plan on going back in the morning to see if they will re-paint my fingernails with no questions asked. I will update review shortly after! �
