I get the impression that this is a very well run business with satisfied, pleasant employees. I enjoy the beautiful environment of the spa, love the art and crystal chandeliers. The gentleman who does my acrylic nails does a great job, never burns me with the drimmel, very good at what he does. I got a pedicure yesterday, first time getting one at Passion. Very therapeutic. I have always loved this place! Friendly and great service!
I've been to this nail salon many times. I've had my eyebrows and lip waxed multiple times too. Went in yesterday, and she ended up burning my lip really bad...went in to make a complaint, and was told to put neosporine on it.. They did give me a gift certificate but I won't be back. I don't feel like risking it.

Waste of my money. We got there after a few other ladies and got the same type of pedicure they did. The people started all of ours at the same time. The lady I had couldn't even sit down for more than 2 minutes at a time to do my pedicure but yet my husband got done the same time as me. We left before the other ladies did because they weren't even done when we left! I should have went somewhere else to get a nice pedicure the day before I go in for another csection!
