This place is awful and have very bad reviews! They are overpriced, rude technicians, and was obvious they made fun of other people in front of you in their language. I DO NOT recommend!!
RecommendedMy husband and I have been going here to a very long time, and I've never had an issue until today. I was so disappointed with the person that were doing my pedi 🙄☹. I don't think she's ready to be working there. I will never, ever use her again and of it continue to happen like this....I will STOP going there period!!
FYI....Staff has a bad way of communicating with each other.... hence the reason I showed a picture to Tammy the owner and the nail tech... then when I address the error they both argue in their language and Tammy seems aggravated . This is my first time getting sns... you’re the nail tech professionals u tell me what I get. I asked questions and they seemed to be bothered at the fact I had questions! wasted my time and money. Great way to treat a first timer !!!!

made an appointment so that I can ensure that me and my bestie can sit together....got there and the receptionist tells me that he is double booked and that I have to wait or let someone else complete the gel manicure.... so I let a young lady do it instead. she was polite but seemed rushed, like she didn't want to do it. I found this place when we moved over here, about three years ago. Initially the employees seemed very mice and attentive, but it seems as time went on, their attitude became more lackadaisical and, in so.e cases, careless. It seems to me they would really take care of their return customers, but it became obvious over time they focused only on new clients. I’ve been going here for years and referred many people but today I was very diapointed on how Tammy treated us. They destroyed my daughters nails and when I called to get an appt to get fixed she never made the appointment. Made us wait an hr before someone can fix them. Since others were paying customers and we weren’t since we paid before. They made my daughter pick a dark color and not soak off the sns and had them thick and thin, bubbly and uneven. We waited a bit to have water drawn for pedi. Also wasn't a bag for child seat, tub didn't look clean. Maybe wipe it down little better. Only two draw backs. But about water it's was Sunday so was a busy weekend for them. All together was about an hour. I did peppermint pedi with wax and message. 35. Plus gel 15. And my daughter's pedi was 15. So 65.00. I think her name was Sarah who did my daughter's nail. Didn't ask. we had fun. Little girl liked it. Pics in comments. �
