Was told my wait was 5 mins , then it turned into 30 mins , finally it was my turn , Johnny asked if I would like something to drink and I asked for a bottle of water , I never got it , then Johnny had to go elsewhere 3 times while he was doing my nails , cut me twice with the tools. I asked for white glitter and I got just white . And 3 hrs later. And it was my first and last time there

Terrible! I wanted a design I showed them 3 designs and the tech said I had to have WHITE acrylic powder in order to get the designs... well I got plain white nails no design no nothing and I still had to pay $55 � don't ever go here. Terrible customer service and terrible skills. They aren't even either!
My mom and I went together. My nail tech was attentive and took her time. My mom, who is 82 felt she didn't get the same attention even though she enjoyed her 1st manicure. Mixed feelings but will go back again.
