I had a wonderful experience at Nail Luv. A young man gave me a pedicure. He was very friendly and professional. Wish I had gotten his name. I will go back to him. I have nothing but good things to say about Nail Luv & Spa. Great place, nice people.

I love coming and getting Vann! She does a fabulous job on my nails... especially this last time. I’m very satisfied. I’ve been coming to Nail Luv for a long time and I love how they’ve expanded. Great... great... great!!!
I spent 72.00 Saturday and a nail broke today and I was charged 5.00.Been a few times.Customer service needs improvement
I had my walkin visit there last week. And the lady who is around 50 years old did faboulous job. She was really warm and welcoming. Place is very professional and they have really good staff. I have already tried 2 places before and their experience was disaster. My nail artist suggested me very nice colours for my nail. She did excellent work on my pedi. I am new mom so she made sure that i got enough relaxation during my pedi. Just found place little bit expensive. But its worth. Guess what, they are open 7 days in a week... read more

The girl, Thu, that did my Mani/pedi did a great job with my pedicure. But when we started with the Mani, I realized the gel color I picked out didn't match the color she pulled. She made it very obvious that she wasn't happy with having to get the right color. Instead of telling me she couldn't do nail art she tried to make an attempt and failed miserably. When I asked to forgo the art and just make all nails one color she refused and told me no, and left my nails looking like a 6yr old did them. For the money out spent in ... read more

I wish you had spoke with one of our managers on duty at the time so we can assign you with someone who is good with the arts work.
