It was ok. They can take you back quickly. Lots of services to offer. My polish came off after four days. Disappointed.
Been going there for 12 years and sat for twenty minutes while they let walk ins go sit in pedicure chairs and told me to pick out a color and I needed to wait. No, they didn't have an appointment...�

The salon is large enough to accommodate large parties which was nice, but their customer service is poor. Made an appointment for 6 people 3 days in advance, when we got there the hostess said - "well, I didn't know you were coming..." - ummm, okay...not off to a good start. They got us all in but the rest of the experience was similar. Just general rudeness all around. I signed in and was told it would be a 30 minute wait for the nail tech I requested. Approximately 30 minutes later. The guy/owner comes over to tell me it will be another 30 minutes for the tech I requested unless I wanted someone else to fix the broken nail. The kicker, I just had my nails done Saturday and this nail chip off. After going back and with the owner, who is trying to change the original 30 wait time he gave. Very nice, very clean! I love that you can have a glass of wine. They have alot of different pedicure packages that you can choose from and the all sound amazing. Can't wait to come back and get another pedicure

I've gone to Nail Luv for the past few years and never had a bad experience but this past Friday was horrible. I went in for a basic pedicure and saw Jenny (who I've seen in the past). She use the metal foot pumice and made my left foot bleed. Then made me pay full price for the pedicure. Now 4 days later and I still can't walk on my heels because they hurt so bad. Won't be back.
