I don't go anywhere but here for my feet now. Nowhere else. I came here a few times then went somewhere else and regretted it. I have come here everytime since. I love it!!

I love how Tina does my nails and if I could I’d hire her privately, but the customer service is not great with the owners (The husband specifically.) He’s very short with people, is EXTREMELY rude when asked to book an appointment, and he even hung up on me 3 times when I called. I hate coming in because he is not welcoming at all but I love how Tina does my nails... its just too bad

This is an excellent family run business who only have exceptionally talented staff waiting to cater to you every whim and desire. As a man who likes being well groomed I find this to be the best place for a professional to not only feel comfortable getting a manicure, or pedicure but knows he walks away satisfied with the service provided.

I don’t understand where all these bad reviews are coming from. This is the ONLY place I’ll willingly go to for my nails in Newport News. Every technician I’ve ever had was wonderful and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with their work. The prices are a bit pricey, however for the customer service and work that you get it’s well worth it. This is probably our favorite nail saloon in all of Hampton Roads. The level of service is unmatched and the variety of spa pedicures is delightful. I only wish it were closer to home for me as it is a bit of a drive.
